Whether as a healthy snack or party-friendly appetizer, this Easy Keto Dill Pickle Dip will tickle the taste buds with its irresistibly zesty flavors.

Am I the only one who thinks pickles deserve their own class in the food group hierarchy? I firmly believe they should not be relegated to the condiment aisle any longer and fully deserve their own category because, let’s face it, pickles (and pickle juice) can do wondrous things to food.
Want the best chicken nuggets of your life? Brine the chicken in pickle juice. Sore muscles or a hangover? Pickle juice to the rescue. Trying to get into ketosis and feeling a little dizzy? Drink pickle juice. It helps replenish electrolytes. Looking for the perfect side for a burger or sandwich? Reach for a jar of pickles. Need a quick snack after a workout? Go ahead and munch on a crisp, refreshing pickle.
Pickles are so versatile, and we really should be using them more often. For me, a cold, crunchy dill pickle is the ultimate snack on a hot day. I love them so much that I’m always finding new ways to sneak them into recipes.
When it’s hot out and I need something quick but just a little fancier than a plain pickle, my go-to snack is always a zesty keto dip. Bonus points if I can eat it standing in the kitchen (always a win in my book). With its chunky texture and zippy flavors, this creamy keto dip makes use of delicious pickles and checks all the boxes. You can whip it up in about five minutes and have a tasty, pickle-packed snack ready for lazy summer days.

Perfect keto snacks for this dip
One of the hardest transitions for me when I first started eating keto was finding a replacement for chips and crackers. Some people love pork rinds and hard sausage coins, but honestly, they’re not for me. Over the years, though, I’ve really grown to love using different chip alternatives to scoop up my favorite keto dips.
Radish slices, celery sticks, and raw broccoli or cauliflower florets are great options if you crave a little crunch. My fridge is always stocked with cucumber rounds, bell pepper strips, and grape tomatoes, too. All healthy choices and no temptation in the form of carborific snacks.
Oh, and if you’re looking for a fancy option to serve at your next dinner party, try homemade Parmesan crisps. They’re super easy to make. Simply grate some fresh Parmesan and divide it into little mounds over a baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for about 8 minutes until beautifully crisp. Your guests will be totally impressed!
No matter what you pair it with, this keto appetizer is guaranteed to be a hit.

How do I store leftovers?
Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended, as mayo-based dips such as this one may separate upon thawing.
