Ingredients
  

  • 4 1/2 ounces cocktail-style dill pickles
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese not pre-shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Cut each pickle in half lengthwise. Cut again, widthwise, to make large bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut the cheddar cheese into small bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined. Fold in the pickles.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours.
  • Serve with your keto-friendly dipper of choice.
