in a bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt, flaxseeds, pepper, and garlic powder. Add water a little at a time and stir until the mixture resembles compact, wet sand.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. You will not need any oil or butter due to the flaxseeds in the mixture.
Cook the dough mixture in the hot skillet for 8-10 minutes. Use a silicone spatula or wooden spoon to continuously break up chunks as it cooks.
The moisture from the dough will cook out and the dough will begin to toast. You'll notice a change in color and a nutty fragrance. The breadcrumbs will become darker and golden.
Keep stirring and breaking up the crumbs so as not to let it burn on the bottom.
You'll know the breadcrumbs are done cooking when they resemble little pellets or balls.
Put the cooked breadcrumbs in a food processor and pulse until they are well broken up into a fine crumb.
