- 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons heavy cream
- 2–3 tablespoons cocoa powder adjust to taste
Add the ingredients into the bowl of your food processor. Blend until completely smooth and formed into a ball.
Scoop about two tablespoons of the mix into your hand and roll into a smaller ball.
Roll each ball in coconut and keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
