Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups pecans shelled and cleaned
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Place pecans, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water in a large 10- to 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Stir continuously until the sugar melts and the pecans start to toast lightly, about 5 minutes.
