  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for optional garnish)

  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into even 1/4-inch thick sticks.
