Keto Cheeseburger Pie is a low-carb alternative to the bunless burger. A 30-minute meal the whole family will enjoy and only 2 carbs per serving!
One of the first recipes I ever posted to this blog was Keto Cheeseburger Pie. Sadly, it was also the only recipe that was lost in translation during my big beautiful blog facelift this summer. If you’ve been a Keto In Pearls reader since the beginning, then this will be a re-run post for you. Or if you’re new around here and have no idea what I’m talking about, then you’re in for a real treat!
And before we go any further, let’s just clarify that Krystal > White Castle. I no longer eat them anymore but man, it would be one good cheat meal if I ever get the chance again. Okay, maybe good isn’t the best choice of words but you get my drift.
What To Serve With Keto Cheeseburger Pie
What goes better with a cheeseburger than french fries? I have the perfect keto-friendly version that will have you forgetting McDonald’s fries in no time. I can also recommend a sweet and salty maple keto bacon cornbread that is grain-free, gluten-free, and keto friendly. Only 2 net carbs per muffin. The best sweet keto cornbread you’ll ever taste. If you want to follow up this savory treat with someone sweet, Keto In Pearls features Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate Pie with Meringue, and Chocolate Chip Cookies — all keto friendly and to die for!

FAQs
I love this Keto Cheeseburger Pie because it’s all the parts that you love about a cheeseburger but in casserole form. You can top your plate with all the fixins like lettuce, ketchup, mustard, pickles, mayo, jalapeños, bacon…you name it.
No, largely due to the Worcestershire sauce. You can exclude it, if you like, though the taste will obviously suffer. The avocado mayo could also pose problems, so you should peruse its ingredients to be sure it’s paleo compliant before using it here.
Yes! I call this a pie but it’s more a bunless burger. If you want to go all in on it being a pie then the Fat Head crust will do nicely.
How To Store Keto Cheeseburger Pie
Let the pie cool completely, wrap it in plastic or aluminum, then store in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can also freeze it. Just wrap it as before (do so tightly to avoid freezer burn). It should be good for up to 3 months. When it comes time to serve it, let it defrost in the fridge overnight then warm it in either the microwave or oven.
