Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped and packed
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Microwave the cream cheese in 10-second bursts until soft. Whisk in the garlic powder, onion powder, egg, Parmesan, olive oil, and dried dill until smooth.

  • In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach with the crumbled feta. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. On a lightly floured surface, cut the puff pastry into 9 equal squares. Press each square into a greased muffin cup. Spoon a dollop of the creamy mixture, then top with the spinach mixture.
