  • 1 pound frozen Brussels sprouts no need to thaw
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
