- 12 slices bacon
- 10 eggs
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
Line the muffin tins with the sliced bacon.
In a large measuring cup, whisk eggs, cream, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Divide the egg mixture evenly over muffin tin.
Bake the bites for 15 minutes, or until mostly set. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing.
