Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices bacon
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
  • Line the muffin tins with the sliced bacon.
  • In a large measuring cup, whisk eggs, cream, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Divide the egg mixture evenly over muffin tin.
  • Bake the bites for 15 minutes, or until mostly set. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing.
