Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare an 8x12-inch or 9x13-inch casserole dish with a spritz of nonstick cooking spray or a light coating of butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
Fold in the cooked chicken and cauliflower rice until well combined.
Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Top with a bit more bagel seasoning, if desired.
Bake until the top is slightly golden and the casserole is heated through, about 25 minutes. Let the dish rest at room temp for 5 minutes to make slicing easier. Serve hot.
