Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 scoop low-carb vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries, lemon wedge, keto whipped cream optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by adding the liquid ingredients to your blender: water, cream, and fresh lemon juice.
  • Next, sprinkle in the protein powder, then add the yogurt.
  • Finally, add the frozen raspberries and ice cubes to the blender.
  • Secure the lid and blend, starting on low speed and gradually increasing to high speed.
  • If necessary, stop after the initial blending to scrape down the sides of the blender. Continue blending until the mixture is completely smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust as needed for sweetness or thickness—add more ice for a thicker consistency, more cream for extra richness
  • Pour into a glass and top with fresh raspberries, keto whipped cream, or a lemon wedge, if desired. Serve immediately.
