Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 large sweet onion sliced into rings
  • Cooking spray
  • Keto-friendly sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.

  • Dip each onion ring in the wet egg mixture, then coat evenly with the dry mixture, pressing it on. Arrange the rings in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.

  • Air fry at 350°F for 6 minutes, then carefully flip them, spray them again, and cook for another 4 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
