1 pound fresh broccoli cut into bite-sized florets 1/3 cup cheddar cheese cut into 1/2-inch chunks, about 2 1/2 ounces 3 tablespoons bacon bits about 1 ounce 3/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons granular sweetener 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 to 2 tablespoons water
