  • 1 pound fresh broccoli cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese cut into 1/2-inch chunks, about 2 1/2 ounces
  • 3 tablespoons bacon bits about 1 ounce
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons granular sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water
