  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until most of the pink has browned, about 5-6 minutes. Use a wooden spoon to break up any clumps while it cooks. Drain excess fat, if you like.
