- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lemon
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Zest the lemon. Add 1 teaspoon to the mix. Stir.
Sprinkle the desired amount onto both sides of your salmon. Store remaining seasoning in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
