- 1 knob butter (approximately 2 tablespoons)
- 6–8 fresh eggs
- Salt and pepper
Optional toppings:
- Asparagus sautéed
- Chives
- Microgreens
- Feta cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Use the butter to grease an oven-safe dish, about 6 inches wide and 3 inches deep.
Break all of the eggs into the buttered dish.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the eggs and pop into the hot oven. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the white is just cooked.
- For the best taste and a perfect soft yolk, ensure your eggs are fresh.
- All you need is a set white and a still-runny yolk. Keep a close eye on them in the oven.
