- 16 ounces frozen cauliflower rice
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- Fresh chives for garnish, optional
Microwave cauliflower rice according to package directions.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
