Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar plus more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill plus more for garnish
  • 2 large English cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced white onion

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, granulated sugar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill until smooth.
  • Add the cucumber and onion slices to the bowl and gently toss until they are well coated with the dressing.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors meld. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving chilled. Garnish with extra dill.
