Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to your food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, using a spatula to scrape down the sides as you go to make sure everything gets evenly incorporated.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
