Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl or food processor. If using a bowl, a whisk is ideal. For a food processor, use the pulse function for even blending.
Whisk or pulse until the sauce is completely smooth and all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl or food processor once or twice to ensure consistent texture.
If you want a thicker sauce, blend only briefly. For a thinner, more pourable sauce, blend longer or add a tiny splash of water.
Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if desired. Add an extra pinch of monk fruit for sweetness, more lemon juice for tang, or a drop more barbecue sauce for smokiness, as needed.
Serve your sauce right away, or refrigerate it for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.
