  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt plus more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper plus more to taste
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to 375°F for the perfect bake.
  • Brown the ground beef in a saucepan over medium heat until no pink remains, about 5-7 minutes.
