- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes well. Use a fork to poke several holes in each potato to let steam escape.
