Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion optional
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados until you reach your desired texture. For a chunky dip, leave some pieces intact.
