Ingredients

  • 2 cups dill pickle slices drained
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Preferred sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Lay the dill pickle slices on paper towels and gently pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Set up three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, add the flour. In the second, whisk the egg with water. In the third bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
  • Dip each pickle slice in the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crisp. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
