Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Dip each cookie into the batter so it is fully coated. Place the coated cookies in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving enough space between each cookie. Work in batches as needed.
Air fry for 4 to 5 minutes until the top is golden. Then, carefully flip the cookies and air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer, let cool on a rack, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
