Ingredients
  

  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth. Slowly add the pancake mix and stir until you have a thick, smooth batter.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Dip each cookie into the batter so it is fully coated. Place the coated cookies in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving enough space between each cookie. Work in batches as needed.
  • Air fry for 4 to 5 minutes until the top is golden. Then, carefully flip the cookies and air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer, let cool on a rack, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
