A quick and easy side dish that goes surprisingly well with many different mains.
Fill a large pot with 1 to 2 inches of water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Place the cauliflower florets in a steamer basket and set it in the pot, making sure the water does not touch the vegetables.
Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with kosher salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Toss gently to coat evenly.
