Avocado Dip Recipe

Craft a smooth, zesty dip that’s like guacamole but creamier—perfect for chips, crackers, and veggie sticks.

– 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted – 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt – 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion optional – Juice of 1/2 lime – 2 garlic cloves minced – Kosher salt and black pepper

In a medium bowl, use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados until you reach your desired texture. For a chunky dip, leave some pieces intact.
