A quick and easy side dish that goes surprisingly well with many different mains.
Fill a large pot with 1 to 2 inches of water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Place the cauliflower florets in a steamer basket and set it in the pot. Cover and steam for about 4 to 8 minutes.
Remove the florets to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with kosher salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Toss gently to coat evenly.
