Creamy Cucumber Salad

Crunch on this refreshing salad for a light lunch or as part of a large dinner.

In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, granulated sugar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill until smooth.

Add the cucumber and onion slices to the bowl and gently toss until they are well coated with the dressing.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors meld. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving chilled. Garnish with extra dill.
