Cottage Cheese Chips

Say “bye-bye” to buying bags of chips at the store! Instead, craft your own crunchy, protein-rich snack from scratch.

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray the parchment paper with oil.

Drop portions of drained cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle each mound with everything bagel seasoning.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Remove the chips from the oven.
